ORDERING

PRICE AND PAYMENT

The price of any product is listed on our website at the time. Rates may change at any time, but the changes do not affect orders placed for which we have already sent you a confirmation. All prices are inclusive of VAT. For obvious errors such as so-called Declaration mistake or otherwise, regarding the price or the product listed in the order confirmation, we have the right to correct such a price or information on which new order confirmation will be sent out.
You have the right to cancel without charge in the event that you do not accept corrections. Payment for all products must be made by credit or debit card. Currently we accept payment by card type Visa and Mastercard. We are not borne by your credit or debit card until we ship the products ordered. CANCELLATION / OPEN BUY

GUARANTEE AND COMPLAINTS

The complaint, please contact customer service via e-mail to: info@erikhoglundartshop.se and give order / invoice number and reason for complaint.

DELIVERY, MISDELIVERY AND DAMAGE

Transport damage must be reported to us by e-mail to: info@erikhoglundartshop.se on the day you receive the delivery. You are under no circumstances accept a package that appears damaged, even if you think the contents are intact. If you discover damage after you have opened paketetet you should immediately complain to us as above.

RETURN AND REFUND CONDITIONS

If you receive a wrong or delievered product, we will in return to defray transportation costs. If you regret your purchase, we will return to again pay the price with deductions for damage or loss of product. You may have to pay the cost of returning the product to us.

FORCE MAJEURE

During force majeure pushed our obligations up. If the period of force majeure, there is more than 2 months, both you and we may terminate the agreement without that in such cases there is no obligation to pay damages. Force majeure means including strikes, illness of personnel, transportation disruptions, import / export bans, whether this affects us or our suppliers.

We reserve the right at any time revise these Terms and any other information on the site, including but not limited to, price and product offerings without prior notice. Change does not affect orders placed for which we have already sent an order confirmation.

CONSUMER LAW

Provisions of applicable law, consumer law is not affected by the content of these terms.

APPLICABLE LAW

Swedish law shall apply to this Agreement. Disputes should be handled by a Swedish court.
